Croydon Airport Visitor  Centre is open on the first Sunday of the month, every month throughout the year, apart from New Year’s Day.  First entry is at 10am. See below for further details.

There are additional Open Days for special events at various other times during the year and details will be posted here as and when these arise. 

The next Open Day will take place on Sunday 5th May. Bookings can be made using the Ticketsource link below. This will celebrate the 94th anniversary of Amy Johnson taking off on her solo flight to Australia. We will be selling copies of a brand new Amy Johnson book written for children.

Cafe normally open here in Airport House and there is a small merchandise stall.

Please note the following important details:-

Only book tickets if you fully intend to come, as spaces are limited. If your plans change, please do let us know 24 hours in advance as this allows others to take your place.

If you are feeling unwell or displaying Corona virus symptoms please do not attend.

The Guided Tours last about 45 minutes and then give extra time to explore the Museum rooms and Control Tower.

On entry, please give  a voluntary donation of £8 per adult toward the upkeep of the museum. Children under 16 and Carers accompanying someone with a disability are free. Only essential Guide/Assistance dogs can be permitted.

When inside the building you will be in a relatively closed environment and in proximity to others. Please always give way to others, respect their personal space, and use the hand sanitisers. 

Normal Maximum of 10-12 visitors per tour.
